1) You may wonder what happens with your document once it is received by us?

As soon as you have accepted our cost proposal:

File content analysed

Documents sent to the translators picked by the Project Coordinator* dedicated to your project

Translated documents received and transferred to the QA department

Quality-checked translations returned

Documents checked one last time and laid out as required: format and layout respected, filename verification, etc.

Documents delivered by your preferred means (email, FTP or other)

*Project Coordinators assign documents to translators specialising in the required fields. Documents are sent along with any specifications, glossaries, terminology, methods, layout instructions, etc. relevant to the customer and/or project.

They make sure that translators understand all this information and apply the correct procedures. They also guide translators in terms of additional research and check that any glossaries provided are being used.

They act as the intermediary between the translators and the customer:

to manage questions and answers (summary table)

to oversee delivery schedules (staggered deliveries as and when required)
